What to have ready

You do not need everything before you enquire. If you have the following to hand, the initial discussion will be more specific.

Financial statements for the last three financial years, if available
Year-to-date management accounts or a summary of recent trading
A note of owner, practitioner and related-party payments
The lease or occupancy arrangement for the premises
Any shareholder, partnership or service agreements relevant to the purpose

What it costs

HPNA charges a fixed fee. Which fee applies depends on what the valuation is for and on the annual revenue of the business being valued. The fee is agreed in writing before any work starts and does not change with the conclusion we reach. Fees are quoted plus GST.
